Thac Ba Lake in Chay river basin in Yen Bai province. Ho and Hydropower Plant was built from 1964 to 1971, is one of the largest artificial reservoirs in Vietnam and is considered one of the symbolic works for the country during the construction phase of the Social Master Meaning in the North.
